Preppin the Camps

Now that that pesksy Costitution is finally out of the way and TPTB are allowed to create "altenate legal regimes", the camps are being manned and supplied for "massive influx of migrants"....that sounds a lot like "massive infux of newly defined military combatants and bellgerents formerly known as American citizens" to me...especially since the battleground has been redifined as, well, everywhere (even cyberspace and, by inclusion, headspace).
