I think we can, with our modern technology, create a direct democracy without leadership by "the elite". Look at Peru and their public utility issues. Look at Switzerland. Before the creation of corporations, most things were held in common by society. Stewardship came before ownership. The most efficient aspects of our modern American culture are publically owned and voted on: Police, emergency services, roads, utilities, schools, etc and they seem to work just fine. The only broken cog in the wheel is the one that allows the "elite" to put their hand in the cookie jar whenever they see fit to do so. This will end soon. The dimensional change caused by DNA mutation will occur in the dimension of thought and perception. The universe and everything in it pulsates at a very specific rate. DNA/RNA acts, in certain respects, like a transceiver. We are able to detect variations in the universal pulsation. Genetic mutation or activation of "junk" DNA are active in transitional periods of "ascension" of vibration mutation linked with the universal pulse.
Perception of reality changes with vibrational resonance. Fourth and fifth dimensional perception is the dreamworld, imagination, THOUGHT before it is solidified in third dimensional, (perceived) material reality. The sun rules this planet. Any change in its resonance will change the inhabitants of earth. This change will, at first present itself as perceptual before the shift into lower frequency material manifestation. Those that perceive the shift will follow their instincts and hedge their bets against the coming physical shifts. Those that do not sense them will not change and will face possible extinction.

I am suggesting that this junk DNA is there FOR the purpose of mutation, like RAM, and is only accessed when the proper program requires it. Physical mutation absolutely influences perception, and perception absolutely defines dimensionality. Time requires the presence of gravity to express itself. We know that. Gravity is not a constant and varies widely across the know universe. The sun, and the cosmic pulse, etc. directly effect gravity and, thus, time.
Because gravity effects time, we should be mindful of events that effect gravity. I have been led to believe that the earth is filled with plasma, not a hollow core, and that it expands with every major sun cycle, about 100,000 years or so. If that is correct, we are about to experience it for ourselves soon. When the sun emits plasma, it is absorbed by our atmosphere and the planet itself. The planet expands physically to accommodate the influx, creating an extinction event. I recognized the concept as ringing true when I read it. It was, essentially, a remembering of downloaded detail.
So, plasma from the sun expands the earth. A bigger planet changes resonance and gravity actually increases. As gravity increases, time changes in relation to it. The perception of time changes as well, as mutation occurs in each organism on that particular planet in relation to the planetary change itself.
So what is a dimension anyway?
Dimensions are tied to perception......perception is essential to the very definition of dimension. Any change in genetic coding that alters perception of time / space / abstract thought directly affects dimension...
In a nut shell:
1. Cosmic shit is happening

3. Sun changes affect the planet and all DNA on the planet.
4. Mutation will occur in a percentage of the life forms that will adapt it to the changes. The rest will die off.

6. Mutants will seek, consciously or sub, perceptual parameters that facilitate change, ie moving the fuck out of the cities and refusing to live in false, consensus, constructs as a means of survival.
7. It is in "alien" interest that those individuals showing a marked propensity for survival in the oncoming cosmic shitstorm be encoded and used as arks for rebuilding the human species. It a much broader issue than you can possibly imagine. It cuts across all demographics. Its not about party line or personal agenda. It’s a species-wide migration from one paradigm to another across a hyper dimensional rift. It is based in fourth dimensional perception (heart, ideology, mind, instinct) and a collective ideology that "gets it" and wants to initiate change by obliterating the present paradigm, not reinventing it with new players and soundtracks. It represents the absolute death of this present age. It represents the initial contractions of something that we cannot really even begin to visualize yet. It's going to happen.
Arguments based on old, ineffective, dry, and brittle, present-trend concepts will, literally, appears as madness when the dust clears, as mental illness, as a man hording empty cans and screaming about owning a corner of public real estate appears in our present reality.
It is something more.
Much more. Unprecedented. Global. All encompassing.
Sadly, the truth will become self evident with the passing winter and subsequent forays into revolutionary activity. The jack boot is being shined as we speak.
OWS protesters may be naive, as suggested, in that they perceive a degree of civil conscience and justice existing within the system and are basing their optimistic intent and activity around existing rules of legal and social cause and effect. Betrayal of their good faith by the existing structure will shock and horrify observers. The illusion will crumble soon and a collective gasp will be heard around the planet.
OWS has no visible leadership and few articles of unifying agenda. It is a visceral movement against something that is brewing in the world. We can feel the oncoming SHTF and are boiling in a preemptive manner. It’s instinctual. It’s visceral. It’s species-wide.
This first way may very well find itself extinguished at gunpoint, but the second and third waves will grow stronger with the horrors unleashed upon its previous ranks. Home Delivered Revolution
Well, it finally arrived. The Revolution is here, in my city, waiting for me to join and walk the talk.
Ok, I'm in. Whole hog. For better, or most probably worse.
The problem with being an advertised anarchist is that sometimes you are faced with a put-up-or-shut-up situation of epic proportions. This is such a situation. So....here goes.
I am aware that this decision could unravel my carefully crafted life and catapult me into a world of chaos and uncertainty. I feel, in my soul, that if I miss this opportunity in my life, I will hang my head in shame in my old age knowning that the world was formed by the bravery of others and not my own. I cannot, in good faith, betray the future heart of an aging anarchist.
Sure, I'm going to deliver fresh water daily to base camp and haul away trash...not the most glamourous activist job admittedly. BUT, I'm stepping up and taking part in the beginning of a new society. I can say, with pride and ferver, that I am doing what I can to help change things for better.

They have sold our privacy as a commodity.

They determine economic policy, despite the catastrophic failures their policies have produced and continue to produce.
They have donated large sums of money to politicians, who are responsible for regulating them.
They continue to block alternate forms of energy to keep us dependent on oil.
They continue to block generic forms of medicine that could save people’s lives or provide relief in order to protect investments that have already turned a substantial profit.

The pathological need for an external savior extends beyond religous theology into all aspects of subconscious life. humans, it seems, are predisposed to giving up power, responsibility and rights to any and all external structure that represents itself as authority.
Sometimes this external takes anthropomorhic form. Sometimes it takes organizational form. Sometimes it takes the form of global trends,approaching comets, global warming, etc....
It is imperative that we remember the absolute, godlike nature of oue existence and inherent makeup. It is imperative that we reconnect with our internal locus of control.
Things are changing on a macro level that affect all life in this system. Awareness of the change and its connection to our percieved locus of control is the only way to manage the shift with any degree of survivability.

Why do we assume that all revolutionaries carry their colors on their chests and their opinions under their arms in codified book form as manifestos and declarations of intent and agenda? That smacks of extreme ignorance regarding history.
This is one of many battles, and it is a battle against a tyrannical mindset that puts one man above another in worth and stratta. More will follow. Until the mass result WILL be a revolution against inequality and external locus of control. Take another look at the Boston Massacre, a watershed event leading up to the American Revolution.
The basis for any historical revolt has always been money and access to goods. We have sustituted TVs, games and shoes for tea and stamps, but the underlying angst remains a result of inequality and financial pressure. Revolutions are waged in pregressive, incremental battles until they are able to gain momentum.
Public, civil disobedience serves to expose the illusary nature of control, it exposes the naked emporer for what he is. Fear keeps us in line. Fear is often a result of ignorance. Why don’t psychics win lotteries?
That would be nice, right? Who wouldn’t want the inside scoop on the loot now and then? Shouldn’t someone who professes to predict certain aspects of the future have the upper hand in loot selection?
Unfortunately, the universe just doesn’t function on that level.
Third Dimensional manifestation, (magik), works on the principles of Chaos Theory and archetype identification / attraction. Thoughts, feelings, ideas, concepts, beliefs, etc. are essentially universal forth and fifth dimensional constructs and exist outside of semantic definition until they are “spoken” or invoked into third dimensional reality. An idea becomes tangible as soon as it is translated from thought to speech or writing. Thought literally transmutates from intangible to tangible through the medium of the host. It springs from the vessel, the instrument, the transceiver. This is pure alchemic interaction with the cosmic creator energy through the interface of a mortal body.

Third dimensional, physical manifestation requires a degree of specificity to properly function. Specific details give universal archetypes room to distill along natural lines that vibrate at cohesive, congruent frequency matching the intended visualization. If you say “I want a red car”, the universe is going to key into “red’ and “car” without regard for make, model, model year, quality, size, shape, etc and you may end up, literally, receiving a red, toy car. You will receive EXACTLY what you ask for along the most convenient channel of manifestation. It is impossible, in the case of a lottery, to be that specific. Lotteries work with random number generators. The selection of lottery numbers begins, essentially, the moment the “button” on the generator is pressed. There is no room or time for thought, archetypal recognition or distillation along existing channels in the split second between activating the machine and receiving a result. Archetypal association with numbers is also a factor. Numbers represent rational, concrete concepts that do not adhere to non linear, intuitive archetype. It is possible, for example, to associate numbers, in your own mind, with smells, or colors for the sake of number divination, or extrapolate abstract values associated with numerology, etc with numbers in an attempt to delineate future trends and outcomes…but you have to be a damn genius to keep track of that info, or have access to a computer that integrates linear and nonlinear processes in predictive functions.
Number prediction and numerical trends are best left to linear processes. Your accountant or your favorite engineer is probably more likely to help you win the lotto than your psychic because they speak the numerical language without an intermediary translator between the left and right hemispheres of the brain…
Your stock broker can tell you if an investment is a good prospect financially, your psychic can tell you what kind of impact it will have on your quality of life or your life course. Different things entirely…
